I have several elderly and disabled guests, what facilities are available for them?
Part of the reason for our £1.5million refurbishment was to improve access to all parts of our building. Wheelchair access is available and there is now a passenger lift stopping at all floors.
Can I park on site?
There is limited parking available usually for the hosts of the function and for those with disabilities. Make sure you pre-book that with our administration team.
What caterers can we use?
You may use any caterer approved by the London Beth Din. In practice this normally means all Beth Din caterers and most Sephardi caterers. Check with our office if you have any doubt.
Can I use my own supplier for flowers, music, lighting, etc?
Yes, we can recommend suppliers if you need help but otherwise you can use any reputable supplier. However, we will want to be satisfied that they comply with all relevant Health & Safety requirements, and ask them to complete risk assessments and provide copies of their insurance cover.
What is the latest time my function can end?
We have a licence that requires the building to be substantially emptied by 12 o’clock midnight on Saturdays and Sundays and 11:30pm during the week. However, we can, in certain situations, apply for a late licence but there may be a fee for this.
I’m not sure how I want my tables laid out. Can you help?
In due course our website will contain details of a selection of floorplans. In the meantime, please ask our events office for assistance.
Is there sufficient electrical power for my bank/lighting etc?
We have 3 x 63A 3-phase outlets, plenty of 13A sockets wi-fi points, etc.
Do I need to bring additional lighting?
We have deliberately designed our facilities to be as flexible as possible. What this means is that we will provide dimmable ambient lighting, pin-spots for your tables, and some up-lighters for the walls. If you wish to enhance the facilities further by bringing in additional lighting, covering the walls, etc., then this is perfectly acceptable.
